Abrasive Waterjet Cutting

Aeroshear's abrasive waterjet cutters have a number of advantages over other machining methods. We can machine a wide variety of materials and thicknesses, including metals, plastics, glass and ceramics, with a quality finish. Materials cut by the abrasive water jet have a smooth, satin like finish with no heavy burrs or heat effected areas. We can nest parts tightly together so we can save you time and money in labor and material costs.

CNC Machining

Aeroshear's CNC Vertical Mills allow us to accurately, precisely and quickly mill any part needed. With our HAAS VR-11 five axis mill we can machine many large complicated parts. With a machining envelope of 40" x 120" we can accommodate a variety of machined parts. Aeroshear's programmers have all the updated capabilities to program your part in the most efficient way from start to finish.
